Privacy, explained clearly.

1. Who operates Candelr

Candelr is a tool operated by Niseus LLC, based in Cape Coral, Florida, United States. For privacy questions or requests about your data, email order@candelr.com.

2. The clock and your preferences

You do not need an account, payment details, positions, broker credentials, or trading history. The calculation uses your device’s time and the included calendar. This version includes no first-party usage analytics or forms that send your settings to a Candelr server.

By default, appearance and timeframe settings are remembered in this browser’s local storage. You can turn that option off and delete saved settings. They do not sync across devices. When you disable saving, only a marker remembering that choice is retained. Manage storage.

3. Local resources and external links

The space environment, fonts, and visual resources are served with Candelr. Immersive mode does not load scenes, players, or scripts from external background providers. The clock calculation runs on your device.

Links to official calendars, documentation, or other sites open those services only when you follow them. The destination service may then receive your IP address and request data and apply its own terms and privacy policy. Email links use your configured email application or provider.

4. When you email us

Preparing an email opens a draft in your email application. Candelr does not receive the message until you send it. Our order@candelr.com mailbox is active and hosted by DreamHost. If you send a message, Niseus LLC receives your address, message content, and standard email metadata. We use them to respond to your question, handle your request, and maintain necessary correspondence.

We manually delete support and inquiry emails 12 months after resolution, unless a request remains active or a legal obligation requires longer retention. Deletion is not automated. Requests for updates remain in place while active, and you can withdraw them at any time.

Updates require an explicit request from you; sending feedback does not subscribe you. You can withdraw that request by replying to an email or contacting our address. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or sensitive financial information.

5. Your choices and requests

You can remove settings through the privacy controls or by clearing this site’s data in your browser. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you sent us, withdraw a request for updates, or exercise other rights available under applicable law, contact us. We will verify requests proportionately; some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. We do not claim that every right in every jurisdiction applies equally.

6. Hosting and technical logs

DreamHost provides Candelr’s web and email hosting. The server may log your IP address, date and time, requested path, response status, and browser information. These logs support service operation, troubleshooting, and protection against abuse. The absence of usage analytics does not prevent these technical logs.

DreamHost documents a default seven-day retention period for HTTP logs. The effective period depends on service configuration; it is not a retention period for email, backups, or other records. Technical data retained to resolve an incident or meet a legal obligation is limited to that purpose and the time needed. See the DreamHost log documentation.

Niseus LLC operates from the United States. DreamHost states that it may process information in the United States and other countries, where data protection rules may differ from those in your country. Its privacy policy describes its services and processing. You can contact us with questions about how Candelr handles your data.

Candelr is intended for adults; it is not designed for children and does not request information from children under 13. If you discover that a child has sent us data, please contact us.
