ONE CLOCK. TWO MOMENTS.
Every candle close.
The next market open.
Candelr is a free online candle countdown timer with no sign-up, for 5, 15, 30 and 60-minute intervals during the regular U.S. stock and ETF session. Outside that session, it counts down to the next scheduled market open.
- Choose your timeframe. Match your chart's interval and session.
- Make it yours. Adjust the design, color and motion.
- Find your space. Use the floating clock or dedicate a screen to immersive mode.
Compact on your desktop.
Big on your second screen.
Keep it beside your charts, open it on your tablet, or dedicate a monitor to immersive mode. Choose the interval and look that suit you.
The floating clock can stay above other windows in compatible browsers. Keep this tab open; it does not automatically follow your chart.

Do I need an account or payment?
No. Candelr is free and you can use the timer without signing up. Feedback and update requests are optional.
Which market and hours does it cover?
U.S. stocks and ETFs during the regular session, 09:30–16:00 New York time. The included 2026–2028 calendar accounts for scheduled holidays and early closes. It does not cover premarket, after-hours, futures or cryptocurrency.
Does it automatically match my chart?
No. Choose 5m, 15m, 30m or 1h manually and check your platform’s session. For 1h, the first interval runs from 09:30 to 10:00; subsequent intervals end on the hour.
What happens when the market is closed?
The timer counts down to the next scheduled open. If the date falls outside the available calendar, it shows that coverage is unavailable instead of displaying an unsupported countdown.
Can I use a second monitor or tablet?
Yes. Open the site on that screen or move your browser window there. The timer adapts to the orientation. Immersive mode requests fullscreen when the browser allows it.
Where does the time come from?
Your device’s clock. Candelr does not receive quotes, synchronize time with a broker, or detect trading halts or unscheduled closures. Keep your device time correctly set.
How do I use the floating clock?
Select Floating clock and position the window wherever you prefer. It shares time and preferences with this page, including when you switch tabs. A compatible browser and an open source page are required; closing or navigating away from that page also closes the floating clock.
Are my preferences saved?
Your interval and appearance are saved in this browser when storage is available. They do not sync across devices. You can reset them under Appearance.
