1. Service and operator

Niseus LLC, Cape Coral, Florida, operates Candelr. It is a free web tool with no required registration that calculates time until scheduled candle boundaries and the next opening of the US stock and ETF regular session. This version includes no purchases, paid subscriptions, or financial-service agreements.

These terms explain the service’s rules and limitations. A visit alone is not presented as express click-through acceptance. Any future feature requiring an additional agreement must disclose it before use.

2. Responsible use

The service is intended for people aged 18 or older. This statement is not an age-verification system. Use it lawfully without interfering with its availability, other people’s access, or third-party rights. Do not attempt to access systems without authorization, distribute malicious content, or present Candelr as endorsing investment recommendations.

Choose a timeframe and check that its boundaries match your chart. Keep your device’s clock correctly configured. You decide whether to use the information and should verify relevant details with your platform and official sources.

3. Scope and availability

Candelr is under development. It does not offer a guarantee of continuous availability, absolute accuracy, background execution, or compatibility with every browser or device. Features may be corrected, updated, or withdrawn; material changes will be communicated on the website. Keeping the site open does not guarantee that your device stays awake.

It does not provide financial advice, personalized recommendations, quotes, order execution, or buy or sell signals. Read the risk and limitations notice and the methodology.

4. Identity, assets, and third parties

Free access does not grant a general license to redistribute the brand, code, or third-party assets. Each asset remains subject to its applicable rights and license. Platform and exchange names are used only to identify services; they do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or certification.

Included third-party fonts, icons, and components retain their licenses. Their attributions are documented in the third-party notices. You must follow each license’s terms when reusing those materials; free access to Candelr does not change those rights.

5. Responsibilities and legal rights

Investment decisions and their outcomes remain the responsibility of the person making them. Do not rely exclusively on this clock for a trade, a critical alert, or a contractual obligation. These limitations do not remove responsibilities that the law imposes on Niseus LLC or non-waivable consumer or other user rights. These terms do not impose a general waiver of claims, mandatory arbitration, or an automatic monetary liability cap.

6. Contact, feedback, and changes

You can report errors, accessibility concerns, or complaints to order@candelr.com. Sending feedback does not automatically transfer ownership of your ideas or subscribe you to marketing communications. Do not send confidential material that is unnecessary for your request.

The review date identifies this version. Changes to these terms will receive a new date and are not presented as retroactive acceptance. The privacy policy explains data processing.
