CANDELR GUIDE
Your timer, from the first click.
Open the timer, choose your chart's timeframe, and find a comfortable view for your screen. Candelr is free and requires no sign-up.
Get started in four steps
Open the timer and check its status
During the regular session, you will see the time until the candle closes. Outside the session, you will see the countdown to the next scheduled opening. Check the label beside the numbers.
Go to the timerChoose your chart's timeframe
Select 5m, 15m, 30m, or 1h below the timer. If you change your chart's timeframe, change it here too: Candelr does not read your platform or follow its settings.
Check a candle close
Compare the next indicated close with your chart, using the regular session for U.S. stocks or ETFs. On 1h, Candelr first counts from 09:30 to 10:00 ET, then to each full hour. Your platform may group candles differently.
See how timeframes are alignedPlace the timer where you need it
Keep it on this page, select Floating clock to open it above other windows if your browser supports it, or use Immersive mode to dedicate a screen to it.
Set up the floating clock
Adjust the appearance without changing the time
Open Appearance below the timer. Visual changes keep the same calculation and timeframe.
Clock or Widget
Under Display, choose Clock for large digits or Widget for a frame. Under Design, choose Stealth, Apex, Quantum, Titan, or Holo. The frame is visible in Widget view.
Color and ambience
In immersive mode, choose Galaxy or Orbital horizon under Immersive background. Choose one of six colors, adjust Ambient intensity, and turn Space journey on or off. If your system uses reduced motion, Candelr respects that preference.
You can remember settings in this browser or keep them only for the visit. Reset settings restores the original timeframe and appearance. Delete settings removes the saved record. Tabs on the same site can reflect storage changes; settings do not sync across devices.
Phone, tablet, or extra monitor
A screen beside your charts
Open Candelr in your phone or tablet browser and choose the orientation that is easiest to read. For an extra monitor, move the browser window there. Select the timeframe on each device.
The main view adapts to the available space. The floating window and fullscreen depend on browser features; the website does not install a desktop application.
Immersive mode
Select Immersive mode. If your browser does not allow fullscreen, the expanded view remains available. Move the pointer or tap the screen to reveal the controls; use the close button to return to the timer.
Under Appearance, you can enable Keep screen awake when available. Check its status: the browser or system may prevent it. This does not guarantee that the device will stay active when locked or asleep.
If something does not match
Why does the countdown differ from my chart?
Check the timeframe, candle alignment, and that your chart uses the regular session. Then check your device's automatic date and time settings. Candelr uses that time and does not sync with your broker or market quotes.
Why does it show the next opening?
The session is closed according to the included calendar: before opening, after closing, on weekends, or on holidays. It also accounts for scheduled early closes at 13:00 ET.
Check the market opening and trading hoursWhy is there no countdown?
The timer needs JavaScript. If it is enabled and a calendar warning appears, check your device's date: coverage is 2026–2028. When it cannot determine an opening within that calendar, Candelr does not make up a date.
Why can't I open the floating clock?
The button is enabled only if your browser supports the feature. Some in-app browsers may limit it. If opening fails, select the button again or try a compatible browser; you can still use immersive mode.
