LEGAL INFORMATION
A time reference. With limitations.
Candelr shows a calculated countdown, not a confirmation from the market. Understand its limitations before making decisions involving money.

1. This is not investment advice
Candelr is a visual time tool. It does not recommend assets, trades, strategies, or times to buy or sell. It does not assess your goals, experience, assets, or risk tolerance. It does not act as a broker, investment adviser, or order execution service.
Trading involves the risk of losing capital. A timer does not predict prices or independently improve a trade’s probability of success. Usage examples and visual demonstrations are not investment results or a promise of returns.
2. Device time, not exchange synchronization
The countdown is calculated from your device’s clock. There is no connection to an official exchange clock, quote feed, or your broker. If your device has the wrong time, the countdown may also be wrong. Real-time updating describes the screen’s recalculation; it does not mean real-time market data, guaranteed latency, or verification of your clock.
3. Covered session and calendar
The included calendar covers 2026–2028 for the US stock and ETF regular session: normally 09:30–16:00 New York time, with scheduled holidays and early closes. It does not cover futures, cryptocurrency, premarket, or after-hours sessions. Seasonal time changes use the America/New_York time zone.
The next opening is a scheduled time, not confirmation that an exchange or a particular security is trading. The clock does not receive trading halts, interruptions, delayed openings, or extraordinary closures. Outside the available calendar, it must not be used as an opening reference; coverage requires an update.
4. Check your chart’s boundaries
The 5-, 15-, 30-, and 60-minute timeframes are selected manually. For 1h, Candelr uses an initial 09:30–10:00 interval, followed by intervals on whole hours. A platform may group candles differently or include extended hours. A matching timeframe name does not guarantee matching boundaries.
The displayed close is a calculated time boundary: it does not confirm that your provider has closed or published a candle, accepted an order, or executed a trade. Check your chart’s session and settings before use.
5. Browser and alert limitations
Your browser may delay or suspend updates when a tab is hidden, the device sleeps, or resources are limited. Fullscreen, the floating clock, and wake lock depend on the browser and its permissions. No reading or notice is guaranteed to arrive on time, remain visible, or work during sleep. Do not use Candelr as your only alert for a critical decision.
6. Verify before relying on the clock
Check schedules with your broker and the official NYSE calendar. Read the methodology to understand the calculation, sources, and scope of testing. Local tests do not certify universal compatibility or financial outcomes.
Candelr is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or certified by NYSE, Nasdaq, TC2000, or other named platforms. If you notice an incorrect countdown, stop using it as a reference and report the issue to order@candelr.com.
